The video must be shared within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.

Once our team verifies the issue, we will send you a replacement parcel.
🚚 4. Return the Defective Item
When the replacement parcel is delivered, please return the defective item to the delivery rider.
